Fantastic experience the second time around

Our second time here and we still experienced the vip treatment from the very nice staff. I like the location for it is close to all my business transactions. Wifi is great and stable which is very important for my business. Will surely come back to rianne.

Rianne At the Center of Everything!

Rianne is located at the heart of Cebu City. Everything is accessible. I need to go to Capitol, need to go to Cebu Doc, need to go to Ayala or SM. Everything is near. Will definitely come back here. Highly recommended!

this is my second time here and same as before wifi is fast and stable, staffs are very smiling and helpful, rooms are very clean and beds are very comfortable. the hallways has brand new bright lights. love the location for it is close to everything for my business.

It has great value for money.

+ The staffs from the receptionist to the guard are very ATTENTIVE to your needs. They are accommodating and kind as well, which is always such a plus. Whatever you need, they can provide it for you efficiently. + The room is spacious enough for the value of the money. + Their breakfast is good and we’re glad that it is part of the price already. + Quality for night’s sleep is good. I didn’t wanna get out of bed because it is comfortable enough.

- The room we had was at the end of the corridor. I wish I could’ve requested for a room with a better view because the one we were stuck with for days was facing a wall which is a bummer because we couldn’t let natural, sunlight in and were stuck with yellow lights for the duration of our stay. - There were no bedside lamps. - There is no outlet by the bed table. - There were no hangers in the closet and also no rack by the bathroom where you can hang your clothes or towels. (but we requested for some and the staffs happily obliged). - Taxis had a hard time finding the place. - The aircon was noisy when it would cool our room. Overall, these stuffs could just be added/improved but my mom and I are still satisfied with this property.

Accessible location, spacious room, comfortable bed and attentive staff!

The hotel is accessible even during heavy traffic. I find the room more spacious than most and the bed comfortable. The staff are attentive to my needs from check in to send off. A great find!

Satisfied.

Fast internet connection

No room service. No exhaust fan inside the comfort room. Restaurant operation is only from 7am to 3pm. Expensive pancakes (2 pcs for Php 150.00)!

A Truly Home away from Home

I really had an excellent stay at Rianne Suites. You can have big and super clean rooms at a very affordable price. The bedsheets and pillows are so clean and comfy. Plus, the aircon is so cold, just the way I want it. Their breakfast is so yummy, it makes you forget your having a diet. And not to mention the perfect location, right at the heart of the City. Thank you so much to the management and staff of Rianne Suites, you made our stay so superb and relaxing. Surely, I will recommend you to my friends.

BEST VALUE IN TOWN!

BEST VALUE IN TOWN! This is a hidden gem right in the heart of Cebu City! The location was excellent. Very nearby restaurants, university and hospitals and most of all shopping! It is also very accessible to public transportation. I really enjoyed our stay here and the free breakfast was an added bonus! The rooms and the hotel lobby was very clean and the staff was very attentive and accommodating. Will definitely come back to this hotel.
